Happy Healthy Rested was recently featured in the community newspaper The Crazy Wisdom Community Journal http://www.crazywisdomjournal.com.
The Crazy Wisdom Community Journal is a publication in Ann Arbor, MI that features new events and businesses that are typically focused on wellness and holistic health. You can find this journal free in health food stores, yoga studios, and other health related shops. I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by one of the journal’s reporters. Also featured in this issue is a feature article on Dr. Rita Benn’s UM Faculty Scholar’s Program,in which I am currently a student (and there is even a picture of us in class where I have a back of my head cameo on page 58!).
