Meet Your Therapist

I’ve spent more than two decades learning about sleep — it shapes nearly every aspect of our health and well-being.   As a clinical sleep psychologist, I work with people who are exhausted, frustrated, and often out of options. My job is to help them find their way back to restful sleep.

I earned my PhD from the City University of New York and spent much of my career at the University of Michigan, where I served as Clinical Director of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I am triple board certified in clinical sleep disorders, behavioral sleep medicine, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I welcome the opportunity to offer highly individualized care — combining evidence-based techniques with a genuine commitment to each person I work with.

What to expect:

Understanding Patterns: Exploring how thoughts and behaviors affect your sleep and daily life.

Building New Habits:Together we practice small, sustainable changes — new routines, responses, and ways of thinking that support better sleep and wellbeing.

Living the Change: The goal isn't just better sleep — it's a fuller life. We work toward lasting shifts so you feel equipped long after our work together ends.
