A few words about me:
I am originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I attended Simmons College, a small women’s college in Boston, where I studied psychology and biology.
In 2004, I obtained my Ph.D. in psychology with an emphasis in sleep disorders from the City University of New York.
Since then I have been on faculty in psychiatry at Michigan Medicine, where I am the Clinical Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program. I specialize in non-medication approaches to sleep disorders, particularly insomnia.
